When I have a bit of a sweet tooth, this is one of my favorite macro friendly snacks. Sometimes I even top it off with a spoonful of lite cool whip if I’m feeling crazy. 110 calories (14 carbs/3 fat/8 protein).

Loving this dress right now. It’s a summer staple because you can dress it up or down – so it’s perfect for a casual outing or night on the town. TTS in my lulu dresses (I wear a 2). It’s a weird length that is perfect for shorties, but might not work well with longer legs.

Must do: Larsen Press
By default, (due to injury) I’ve been incorporating these into my training as a bench press variation. They are extremely challenging because they take leg drive completely out of the equation so you are only focusing on upper body strength. I was horrible when I started them, but over the last few weeks I’ve seen major progress and it’s getting closer to catching up to my actual bench. Definitely a great way to work on some weaknesses so I’m excited to see what happens once I can get my feet back down on the ground again. Should be interesting.

Must try: CBD Oil
