Must try: Reebok Crossfit Lifter Shoes
I’ve talked about these on social media before, but get asked about them all the time. These are my all-time favorite lifting shoes for squats (and bench). They are grippy, a beautiful combo of leather and mesh, give a tiny amount of heel height for ideal squat positioning. These are the legacy version that run about $200 (full retail) but you can buy other versions for less.

Must read: “7 Easy Ways to Cut Calories”
by Mike Samuels
I love this article from Layne Norton’s website. It points out some obvious tips, but we easily forget that these small habits can easily cause you to go over your calories. I’m always reminding people about number 6!
Check it out here.
Must buy: Bring it Backbend Sweater
I’m all about casual to and from pieces that I can easily throw over gym clothes. This sweater is just my style; perfect to throw over a sports bra and leggings. It’s loose fitting, a beautiful color and open back to show off cute straps. Also would make a great Valentine’s gift for the wifey (hint, hint).

Must use: Alpha Beta Glow Pads for Face by Dr. Dennis Gross
As a busy working mom, I don’t always have time to get a spray tan (obviously). But I do appreciate a little tan on my face and neck, especially through the winter. I discovered these through a beauty blogger and haven’t looked back. They are easy to apply, aren’t harsh on my sensitive skin and leaves a nice subtle color to your skin.

Must listen: “Breathe” by Jax Jones and Ina Wroldsen
Some people listen to heavy, hard music before they lift, then here I am listening to this. I only love a song for about seven days, and this is my jam this week. I love it.
Give it a listen.
I’m not paid to review or recommend any of the products listed (just things I like).
That’s it for this week’s musts. Have a great week friends!
