Must wear: Mac Brushstroke Eyeliner
I’m always looking for a precise eyeliner that lasts all day and is sweat proof. This has a rich, dark color and is super easy to apply. Best part is that it’s definitely smudge proof. Big winner in my book.

Must read: “Training Female Lifters: Neuromuscular Efficiency”
Interesting article on female training, specifically stating that women can perform a much higher percentage of their 1 rep max for a set of 5 than men can. Read it and leave some thoughts below. I’d be curious to hear opinions on this.

Must try: Inzer Lever Belt
I always get asked about what belt I use for lifting. I use an Inzer Lever Belt (13MM, size XS). I only use it for heavy sets while squatting or doing deadlifts. It’s very effective to help with intra-abdominal pressure that will stabilize your spine and core. This thing is no joke. It’s extremely well made, easy to tighten and I can tell it will last forever. If you want a certain color, be prepared to wait as they are handcrafted after you order.

Must listen: DOLF & Yellow Claw – Vertigo feat. Caroline Pennell
Not sure why, but I’ve had this song on repeat all week. It’s got this chill, easy vibe – just what I needed to hear.
Give it a listen.
Must remember: This quote.
“We all have the same goal: become the best version of ourselves. There are thousands of ways to do so. Don’t judge someone else for not doing it your way.”
Powerlifting, Crossfit, Zumba, endurance sports, mall-walking, yoga, whatever you love doing for fitness, don’t stop. People may be critical, but just because they don’t like your method, sport or hobby, doesn’t mean you are “doing it wrong.” Fitness should be results driven by passion and enjoyment. There are endless ways to train our bodies, you just have to find the one you love doing most. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
I’m not paid to review or recommend any of the products listed (just things I like).
That’s it for this week’s musts. Have a great week friends!
